In addition to top-level choirs for different age groups, we also have a brass band, and they all participate actively in the Song Festivals. The school also has its youth orchestra representing us in concert projects on big stages in Estonia, and they have their DVDs of their recent concert projects.
There are popular events which take place every year: a song contest Hõbehääl (‘Silver Voice’) and a competition Kuldlõige (‘Golden ratio’) for young fashion designers.
As we teach English, French, Swedish and Russian, we have different events related to the culture of the corresponding countries. Almost every month, a theme week is held (a week for nature, health, the environment, etc.)
In addition, every 2nd year of grammar school, representing our fields of study, organises one traditional event: English Morning, Spring Ball, Lucia Day, the Christmas party. We participate in international projects such as NordPlus, YesEvent and the traditional Riga-Vilnius-Tallinn event, offering students an opportunity to take part in them and host visitors from abroad. Different music projects have helped us organise concerts in several towns in Estonia.
